Q: Is there Wi-Fi and cell service at the park?

We offer Wi-Fi access throughout the resort to help you stay connected with family or stream your favorite shows. Most major cellular carriers also provide strong signal strength in the Sebring area.

Q: Are there laundry and bathroom facilities on-site?

To ensure every site is clean and ready for arriving guests, our standard check-in is at 1:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you require an early arrival or a late departure, please call the office in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability.

Q: Are there age requirements for the RVs allowed in the park?

To maintain the high quality and aesthetic of our community, we generally prefer RVs that are 10 years old or newer. However, we know many travelers have beautifully maintained vintage rigs! If your RV is older than 10 years, please send us a photo for management review—we evaluate these on a case-by-case basis.

Of course! While we are a 55+ active adult community, visitors of all ages are welcome to come and spend time with you.
